LITERMONT (Saarlouis bis Nalbach ca. 15 km)
Die Litermont-Gipfel-Tour ist ein echtes Highlight der Region! Sie gehört zum Besten, was es bundesweit an Wanderwegen gibt und verläuft äußerst abwechslungsreich
um den 418 m hohen Litermont, dem sagenumwobenen Hausberg der Gemeinde Nalbach. Dem Besucher bieten sich grandiose Aussichten vom Gipfelkreuz bis weit ins
Saartal und nach Frankreich!

LITERMONT (Saarlouis to Nalbach approx. 15 km)
The Litermont Summit Tour is a real highlight of the region! It is one of the best hiking trails in Germany and is extremely varied
around the 418 m high Litermont, the legendary local mountain of the municipality of Nalbach. The visitor is offered magnificent views from the summit cross far into the mountains
Saar valley and to France!

VÖLKLINGER HÜTTE (Saarlouis bis Völklinger Hütte ca. 15 km)
Das Weltkulturerbe Völklinger Hütte ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert! Zeitreisen von den Anfängen der Völklinger Hütte bis in die Gegenwart u.v.a. mehr erwarten Sie.

VÖLKLINGER HÜTTE (Saarlouis to Völklinger Hütte approx. 15 km)
The Völklingen Ironworks World Heritage Site is definitely worth a visit! Time travel from the beginnings of the Völklingen Ironworks to the present and much more. more you expect.

SAARSCHLEIFE (Saarlouis bis Mettlach ca. 38 km)
Der 410 km lange Saar-Hunsrück-Steig sowie die Traumschleife Cloefpfad führen hier entlang. Die 16 km lange Wanderung, ausgehend von der Pfarrkirche Lutwinus in Mettlach, durchs urige
Steinbachtal, am Aussichtspunkt Cloef und an der Burg Montclaire vorbei. Ca. 6 Stunden, mit Pause, einplanen.

SAARSCHLEIFE (Saarlouis to Mettlach approx. 38 km)
The 410 km long Saar-Hunsrück Climb and the Cloefpfad dream loop lead along here. The 16 km long hike, starting from the parish church Lutwinus in Mettlach, through the rustic
Steinbachtal, past the Cloef vantage point and Montclaire Castle. Plan about 6 hours with a break.

TRIER (Saarlouis bis Trier ca. 50 km)
Die Römerbauten Triers, der ältesten Stadt Deutschlands,  gehören zum UNESCO-Welterbe. Sehenswürdigkeiten: Amphitheater, Barbarathermen, Kaiserthermen, Porta Nigra
und die Thermen am Viehmarkt.

TRIER (Saarlouis to Trier approx. 50 km)
The Roman buildings in Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are part of the UNESCO World Heritage. Sights: Amphitheatre, Barbarathermen, Kaiserthermen, Porta Nigra
and the thermal baths at the cattle market.

SAARBURG (Saarlouis bis Saarburg ca. 55 km)
Die Altstadt mit ihren bunten Fischer- und Schifferhäusern, zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants in barockem Fachwerk und einem sich 20 m in die Tiefe stürzendem Wasserfall
sind ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel!

SAARBURG (Saarlouis to Saarburg approx. 55 km)
The old town with its colorful fishermen's and sailors' houses, numerous cafés and restaurants in baroque half-timbered houses and a 20 m waterfall
are a popular destination!

The ALTE ABTEI  world of experience is a worthwhile excursion destination in the border triangle of Germany, France and Luxembourg! Shopping in the Villeroy&Boch outlets in Mettlach is part of it!

LUXEMBOURG (Saarlouis bis Schengen ca. 43 km)
Nicht nur des Einkaufens wegen ist ein Besuch unseres Nachbarn empfehlenswert! Der Grenzort Schengen steht für das gleichnamige Abkommen von 1985.
Genießen Sie herrliche Blicke ins Moseltal, steile Weinberge und Aussichten in Richtung Luxembourg und Lothringen auf einer Wanderung durch die wilde Natur!

LUXEMBOURG (Saarlouis to Schengen approx. 43 km)
A visit to our neighbor is not only recommended for shopping! The border town of Schengen stands for the 1985 agreement of the same name.
Enjoy wonderful views of the Moselle valley, steep vineyards and views towards Luxembourg and Lorraine on a hike through wild nature!

METZ (Saarlouis bis Metz ca. 60 km)
Shoppen und Bummeln auf den Hauptgeschäftsstraßen rue Serpenoise und rue des Clercs, etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Kathedrale Saint-Etienne, das Centre Pompidou-Metz,
das Museum Cour d'Or und vieles mehr machen Metz zu einem lohnenden Ausflugsziel!
