Bei einer Stornierung außerhalb der vereinbarten Stornierungsfrist werden wir selbstverständlich versuchen, das gebuchte Zimmerkontingent anderweitig zu vermieten. 

Nur für die nicht wieder vermieteten Zeiten kommen Ausfallkosten in Betracht. Bei einer fest abgeschlossenen Buchung, deren rechtlicher Anspruch aus dem geschlossenen Gastaufnahmevertrag resultiert, werden bei Stornierung 85 % auf den Logis-Anteil (ohne Frühstück) berechnet. Bei Nichtanreisen berechnen wir 100 % des Gesamtbuchungsbetrages. Bei längeren Hotelaufenthalten empfehlen wir den Abschluß einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Im übrigen verweisen wir auf unsere Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.

Bei Buchungen über Buchungsportale, wie Booking.com, HRS und andere gilt: Das Hotel sendet keine Reservierungsbestätigung. Stornierungen muß der Gast bei den Portalen vornehmen. Stornierungen erkennt das Hotel nur an, wenn sie vom Buchungsportal bestätigt werden. Eine Stornierungsbestätigung an den Gast erfolgt nicht.

Cancellation info

If you cancel outside of the agreed cancellation period, we will of course try to rent the booked room contingent to someone else.

Loss costs are only considered for the times that are not rented out again. In the case of a firmly concluded booking whose legal claim results from the concluded guest accommodation contract, 85% of the accommodation share (without breakfast) will be charged in the event of cancellation. For longer hotel stays, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. For the rest, we refer to our general terms and conditions.

Bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs)
For reservations made through online travel agencies such as Booking.com, HRS, or other booking platforms, the following terms apply:
The hotel does not issue a separate booking confirmation.
Any cancellation must be made directly through the online travel agency through which the reservation was made.
The hotel will recognize a cancellation only after it has received confirmation of the cancellation from the respective booking platform.
The hotel does not issue a separate cancellation confirmation to the guest.
